Nagle Energy Solutions (NES) announced it has commissioned its patent-pending, demand-control ventilation (DCV) system at the Cityline Sunnyvale Garage in Sunnyvale, CA. Initial projections show the NES system shaving 273,000 kilowatt-hours (kWh) a year from the property’s baseline of energy consumption, providing a recurring, operational-cost savings exceeding $46,400 a year, not accounting for future utility rate increases.
